Sales Support/Order Handling Engineer İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Support Engineer, Order Handling, you will be reporting hierarchically to the General Manager and functionally to the Country Sales Manager and Operation Manager.

Job Description

You will mainly be responsible for:

• Give back-office support to the company's Turkey teams on site

• Handle customer communication starting from quotation to purchase order execution.

• Entry & regular up-date of Customer Relations Management System (CRM, SAP Sales Cloud database)

• The organisation of related sales/inspection teams meetings & visits

• Marketing communication to customers

• Steel and non-ferrous market news follow-up

• Fair & Conference organisation

• Similar Sales support and administrative duties may be added.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering

• Experience in industrial equipment manufacturing/service, sales or logistics.

• Experience in steel or non-ferrous metal production plant will be an asset

• Good command of written and spoken English (interviews will be in English); German language will be an asset. This position requires daily and frequent communication with the company's teams mostly in Germany.

• Customer Relations Management System (CRM, SAP Sales Cloud database) is an asset.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Good communication skills in order to discuss with customers and suppliers. This position requires daily and frequent communication with the company's customers in Türkiye (mostly procurement and import teams).

• Familiarity with procurement and import activities is an asset.

• Willingness and no restriction for travel (app 10%)

• Completed military service for male candidates

• Living or willing to live on the Asian side of Istanbul
