We are looking for a “Sales Operations Responsible” for our multinational client.
QUALIFICATONS
- University degree in related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operation and customer management,
- High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
- Having sense of detail and able to take initiative and responsibility,
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office and in Excel,
- Good command of English in reporting and speaking
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring customer satisfaction to the highest level,
- To receive and provide good communication with customers,
- Managing and controlling customer correspondence and relationships,
- To analyze of customer and purchase orders into SAP,
- Close contact with production planning, sales and logistics
- Managing stock via reorder points,
- Managing export transactions and preparing export reports.
