QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Sales Specialist” to join our dynamic and agile Sales Team in Ataşehir, İstanbul

· Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Metallurgy, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering,

· · 3-5 years experience in steel sector,

· · Analytical and structured thinker with strong system design, organization, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution management and presentation skills,

· · Have knowledge of logistics operations and export operations,

· · Strong communication skills and team work,

· · Having a proactive perspective,

· · Advanced levels of MS Office Programs and Excel Skills,

· · Advanced level of English,

· · No obstacle for any type of travelling,

· · No military obligation for male candidates.

· Take an active role in the realization of sales targets,

· · To manage the communication with customers,

· · Taking an active role to increasing customer satisfaction,

· · Capacity management and actively utilized value selling materials,

· · To perform intense and regular customer visits,

· · Taking customer requests and managing the sales process,

· · To follow the whole production and delivery process of customers,

· · To develop customer portfolio and follow up new opportunities.
