GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Sales Support Responsible to be assigned in Istanbul, Levent Headquarters - Sales Department of our Teka Teknik Kitchen Appliances Industry and Trade company.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- Experienced in analytics, report preparation and analysis
- Able to produce permanent and satisfying solutions by considering customer demands and expectations,
- Able to use advanced Microsoft Office especially Excel programs effectively,
- Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in Sales Support/Sales departments,
- Especially able to carry out operational works,
Job description:
- Informing customers about product stocks,
- Entering all incoming customer orders into the system,
- Creation of deliveries of orders entered into the system,
- Monitoring warehouse shipment and cargo processes and informing customers about the process,
- Reporting all kinds of requests and complaints from customers to the relevant departments to produce solutions,
- Registration of return orders in the system,
- Receiving and entering the orders from corporate customers through the order systems of the companies,
- Reporting problems that may arise in order and delivery processes.
