We are looking for a “Sales Support Engineer” for our global client operating in "Automation Industry" with the qualifications below;

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or Chemical Engineering,
Min. 3 years of experience in proposal and tendering field,
Preferably experience with flowmeters and analyzer solutions in process automation,
Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken,
Effective use of Microsoft Office Programs,
Advanced business & interpersonal communication skills, both presenting and active listening,
Well organized, self-motivated, strong commitment to goals and proactive attitude,
Being customer and solution oriented, open minded and a good team player,
Able to work effectively with deadlines and under time pressure,
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once,
Being detail oriented and being agile is a must,
Strong planning, follow up, analytical and organizational skills,
No military obligation for male candidate

Job Description

Responsible for assisting his/her team in preparing the technical and commercial proposals,
Understand customer tender requirements on technical and commercial specification and translate it into a techno-commercial proposal,
Controlling proposals including accurate costing and documentation and to ensure their effectiveness and profitability,
Responsible for reviewing contracts,requirements, specifications and related standards in quotation phase,
Provide full support to Sales team on all relevant issues,
Pre-Sales Solution Support for serial products, bundle of serial products and systems of Process Automation industries,
Coordination and creation of complete quotations,
To communicate frequently with customer and other departments includes German head office,
Provide full support to sales team & customers on all relevant issues.
