QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our new sales team member reporting to Export Sales Manager will be responsible for the followings:
- Supporting Export Sales Department in the order, dispatch and aftersales processes in communication with internal departments such as Production, Aftersales, Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse, etc.
- Submitting all data on CRM system and reporting the data on weekly basis
- Submitting quotations to clients/subsidiaries
- Supporting technical department in 2D Shaft Plans for Export Sales orders
- Dealing with client requests and complaints by support of related departments
A proper candidate should have the followings:
- BSc Degree from reputable universities in related engineering fields (Mechanical - Electrical - Industry engineering, etc.)
- Willingness to have a career path in Export Sales and open to gain new skills
- Very good command of English Language is a must, Russian as a second language would be an asset
- No obstacle to travel abroad or inside the country
- Analytical thinking skills and paying attention into details
- Being a team member and feeling comfortable to work with multinational teams
- MS Office and Autocad skills are preferable
