We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineering Specialist (CSE Specialist) who have the following qualifications to join our team in Istanbul,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanichal/Electrical preferrably)
- Good knowledge in using AutoCAD tool
- Fluent English language skills
- Fresh candidate is preferable (If not less than 1-2 years experience)
- Understanding of modernization business is an advantage
- Work experience in SAP is an advantage
- Knowledge of elevator products, components and installation is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong customer focus and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Drive for results and persistence with can do attitude
- Willingness and flexibility to travel
- Good collaboration, cross cultural and influencing skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the drawing and related documents
- Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing or local subcontractors
- Organize the order documentation and order confirmation
- Organize the purchasing of the required material
- Check the payment status before ordering to factory
- Participates in pre-delivery reviews to identify deviations in material costs
- Executes costing and pricing approval processes as needed
- Executes contract technical validation reviews and approval processes
