Our company is currently recruiting for:
Technical Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all necessery documents received from Sales Department without any missing information,
- Necessary communication with all parties likewise R&D, Technical department, Production, Suppliers, Warehouse
- Upload and check all the data to system in order to create order forms and drawings from system,
- Strict stock control, prepare order if it is necessery as daily routine,
- Production control in every phase in order not to have missing part or avoid any delays,
- Before dispatch, final controlling should be conducted per each order.
- Prepare necessary documentation before every dispatch with the logistics department
- Support After Sales Department to contribute in customer satisfaction in every aspects
- Keep all necessary records about production, suppliers and so on
Requirements
- Bs Degree from a reputable university in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical / Electronical Engineering,
- Experience in lift industry is pretty preferable and ordering, production or engineering department experience is plus,
- English language skills is required for daily works and therefore it is a must,
- No military obligation for male candidates
