Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
- Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or sales support responsible
- Preferably having international company experience
- In depth understanding of sales principles
- Hands on experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Team work and motivational skills
Job Description
- Preparing offers including truck configurations
- Preparing order documents
- Preparing sales contracts and agreements
- Preparing tender documents
- Creating new customers in CRM system
- Managing demo activities and documentation
- Informing customer before deliveries and follow start up process, Managing internal communication between other departments i.e SBO, Supply Chain
