Support account managers to reach objectives in the frame of defined strategies
Handle customer projects and build strong customer relationships
Ensure constant update of all commercial data
Order samples and control via SAP
Prepare, coordinate and control price offers
Enter customer briefings into the project management system, follow-up on projects
Handle customer requests in cooperation with other functions on international level, e.g. application, customer care, quality management, product development
Support the account team in leading projects
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or equivalent
5 years´ of experience in similar position, preferably experience in a commercial assistant or sales support roles
In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules (strong IT skills, Word, Excel,)
Good understanding of the business and analytical approach to support the sales mission
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients
