QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

One of the leading companies in FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is looking for a “Sales Executive”.

Job Description

- Managing the existing business partners in Europe and Middle East

- Identifying the growth areas, executing relevant strategies and sales activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

- Setting up and developing new business partnerships with converters

- Following up and managing the whole export process from the order receipt till the delivery of goods in coordination with Production, Demand Planning, Logistics, Operations, Finance and other relevant teams.

- Monitoring and analyzing on market developments, competitor activities, risks and opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to improve the business results and realize the sales targets.

- Performing accurate budgeting and forecasting activities based on past data and current business results considering the new trends in the market, risks, opportunities and other critical criteria.

- Travelling abroad for existing and /or new business partner visits and attending international fairs in order to represent the company.

- Monitoring the internal and external progress daily and reporting to the Export Sales Manager regularly.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

- 4-5 years export sales and export operations experience in raw material sales.

- Proficiency in English (French or Russian as a second language is a plus)

- Strategical thinking & analytical & negotiation skills

- Commercial perspective & customer focus

- Risk & opportunity awareness

- Communication & relationship skills with all organizational levels

- Planning & execution & coordination & time management skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP

- No restrictions to travel abroad
