- B.S.Degree in Engineering/Management/Economics or relevant field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced use of MS Applications
- 1 -3 years experience in this area and related positions is an asset
- Combining technical knowledge with sales skills
- Strong project management skills
- Interest in the dynamics of Turkish and Global automotive market & trends with political /economic background.
- Able to travel abroad
- Adding value to our organization
- Competent in teamwork
- Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches
- Enthusiasm for learning
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to OE Technical & Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be fully responsible for
- Developing prospect of Original Equipment Automotive Company’s projects in terms of technical and commercial approach.
- Being a window for OEMs in terms of planning, coordination and execution of the business.
- Taking active role in cross-functional global OE teams in Europe and in Japan.
- Managing new OEM tyre development projects in line with Bridgestone Global OE strategies and requirements.
- Working closely with related functions like Finance, QA, and Supply Chain for continuous improvement and highest business/quality output.
