QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Company is operating in 20 countries is currently searching for a " Sales Manager " to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Managing and directing the sales operation of corporate channels
  • Searching for local and global customers by advertising, sponsorship, barter opportunities in all regions,
  • Conducting meetings with relevant regional managers by providing coordination and mutual information transfer, building projects and ideas, preparing relevant presentations and offers, performing sales activities
  • Allocating and directing required resources for the realization of sales plans
  • Ensuring that potential corporate customers are researched, contacted, sales presentations are prepared and agreements are made in order to expand the customer portfolio
  • Ensuring the database of corporate customers is established and kept up to date
  • Performing visits to corporate customers
  • Negotiating with corporate customers for sales contracts, ensuring their follow-up
  • Ensuring the information, demands and expectations from customers and the market regarding the product and service are transferred to the relevant unit
  • Designing and implementing activities to increase sales performance in line with suggestions from business development unit
  • Ensuring the efficiency of corporate channel sales processes, performance results and success in reaching targets are constantly monitored, measured and improved
  • Providing the necessary support, guidance and feedback regarding performance management, career planning and training development processes in order to support the team and professional development of employees as well as achievement of goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • At least 7 years of related work experience
  • Hard-working, highly motivated and team player
  • Well-developed written and oral presentation/communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal influencing skills
