QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks Sales Manager to fill the owing position;


Essential Experiences, Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in economics or engineering,
  • Knowledge of alternative energy solutions and regulatory framework,
  • Past Wind Project Development experience is an asset,
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English, knowledge of German language is an advantage,
  • Ready to work in a dynamic and fast developing atmosphere,
  • Experience with cash flow modeling is an advantage,
  • Understanding of intercultural communication,
  • Proactive and result oriented approach with strategic and analytical skills,
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Build customer relationships and continuously create new leads and opportunities,
  • Follow the projects not only in licenced market, but also in un-licenced market (factories, industrial zones, harbours,..),
  • Build project pipeline for future Order Intakes not only in Turkey, but also within the Turkey & Mid East Region ( Turkey, Middle East countries, Iran, Pakistan, Egypt,..),
  • Analysis of offer scope and calculation,
  • Technical explanation and customer consultation on product offering,
  • Organisation and lead of customer meetings,
  • Preparation of proposals and negotiation of proposals and complex contracts with our customers until the final contract closing,
  • Preparation of bids in tender processes,
  • Analysis of customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction,
  • Insertion of relevant project information in CRM tool,
  • Coordination with related departments during sales and/or tender process,
  • Management of the internal sales process and hand-over to the project execution departments,
  • Preparation of internal process documentation of the projects in line with applicable guide lines (“Limits of Authority process”),
  • Provide OI volume and quality in line with expectations.
