The profile:
• Min 3 years experience in ingredient sales
• Strong background in food industry
• Strong cross-functional management skills
• Great influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel
• Degree from a reputable university in Business Admin, Economics, Food Technology or similar
Responsibilities:
• Achieving “business” targets according to the strategy through developing, supervising & serving customers.
• Entrepreneurial sales skills are a must
• Uncovering customer needs and creating customer value by ensuring close customer relations at different levels
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base with the ownership of own account responsibility
• Managing and updating the opportunity database
• Preparing and executing a market plan
