Title: Sales Back Office - Pharma
Location: Ataşehir
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
- Experience in the related field
- Knowledge of related IT applications (eg: SAP R/3 – SD – QM, Pastis web, CRM tools)

Job Description:
- Responsible to support commercial related activities such as the interface between Sales, Customer Service, Regional Product Management, Quality Management, Finance Department & Customers.
- Customer interaction for the back-office topics. (eg: Official letters on customer requests for authority, quality confirmation, and other process related tasks etc.)
- Give support to preparation of products’ specification for food customers on request.
- Support preparation of customer credit allocation frames.
- Solving credit block issues with Credit Management and Sales Managers by providing DSO Statistic.
- Communication with customers for overdue – together with Credit Risk Management.
- Calculating and documenting customer bonuses, monitoring Credit Notes.
- Monitoring Quantitative NCMs: placement, control, customer informing, credit notes.
- Quality NCMs (voice towards customer): collect information/samples, feedback to customer on demand.
- Providing reconciliation report on request by customers.
- Customer product analysis to support specific customers and products.
- Analyzing, reporting and initiating / steering improvements.
- Customer master data management.
- Analysis, reporting and initiating / steering improvements in cooperation with controlling regarding BRM violation and NCMs.
- Master Data Management support.
