Title: Sales Back Office - Pharma

Location: Ataşehir

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Fluent in English, German is an asset
  • Experience in the related field
  • Knowledge of related IT applications (eg: SAP R/3 – SD – QM, Pastis web, CRM tools)

Job Description:

  • Responsible to support commercial related activities such as the interface between Sales, Customer Service, Regional Product Management, Quality Management, Finance Department & Customers.
  • Customer interaction for the back-office topics. (eg: Official letters on customer requests for authority, quality confirmation, and other process related tasks etc.)
  • Give support to preparation of products’ specification for food customers on request.
  • Support preparation of customer credit allocation frames.
  • Solving credit block issues with Credit Management and Sales Managers by providing DSO Statistic.
  • Communication with customers for overdue – together with Credit Risk Management.
  • Calculating and documenting customer bonuses, monitoring Credit Notes.
  • Monitoring Quantitative NCMs: placement, control, customer informing, credit notes.
  • Quality NCMs (voice towards customer): collect information/samples, feedback to customer on demand.
  • Providing reconciliation report on request by customers.
  • Customer product analysis to support specific customers and products.
  • Analyzing, reporting and initiating / steering improvements.
  • Customer master data management.
  • Analysis, reporting and initiating / steering improvements in cooperation with controlling regarding BRM violation and NCMs.
  • Master Data Management support.
