QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are passionate and excited about developing and utilizing new technologies to shape and inspire our various customers from numerous industry fields by offering technical guidance within an ever-growing marketplace.


This role will be primarily focused on sales support, generating sales, and managing accounts within the target regions. Our new team member will be responsible for the General Chemicals.


Key Duties:


• Customer Sales Volume and Maintenance


• Develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities by following up new leads and sample requests,


• Negotiate for the best achievable commercial agreements and implement short term plans for product sales,


• Achieve sales targets in line with corresponding business, marketing, and pricing policies,


• Brief report preparations on businesses (e.g. CRM visit reports), identifying any threats or opportunities as they occur,


• Carry out activities such as new business development or new product promotion,


• Visit customers periodically in order to explain, promote, recommend our products and provide technical guidance within designated markets and regions,


• Ensure all customer issues/complaints are resolved within the proper system model and responses through a feedback mechanism,


• Manage contracts and sales agreements,


• Assist in the promotion of new and currently existing products by attending fairs and undertaking marketing projects as directed by sales management,


• Develop market intelligence and observe competitor activities to enhance market growth and deepen market penetration.


Other customer related duties:

• Prepare presentations and reports for customers,


• Negotiate on pricing with customers purchasing departments,


• Customer lead tracking.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications;


• Preferably having a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering,

• At least three years of experience in sales of chemicals or RD experience in a chemical company,

• Fluency in both written and spoken English,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

• In the case of the male candidate he should have completed military service,

• Having a valid driver license and no restrictions for traveling,

• Preferably living in Anatolian Side of İstanbul,

• Self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop new skills,

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
