Prepares annual and longer-term marketing plans, takes part in brand strategy and leads executions, within marketing budget to achieve sales and market share targets,
Diagnoses and analyzes brand, market and competitors through gathering, competitive information, identifies drivers and refines segmentation according to customer needs,
Coordinates advertising and promotion programs at pharmacy level
Visits target audience and pharmacies with the sales team and strengthens the relations with KOLs and develops projects.
Carries out dual visits with the sales team on a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies.
Requirements:
University degree from reputable university,
Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or OTC Industry
Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills, internal & external
