Position Title
Rare Blood Disorder - Brand Manager
Job Overview
An interesting role has become vacant at Sanofi’s İstanbul office. The position will be part of the Sanofi Genzyme Marketing team with responsibility of Turkey, Iran & Levant-Rare Blood Disorder. Reporting to MS & RBD Franchise Head of Turkey - Iran & Levant, he/she will work closely with other teams depending on the projects.
With due recognition of Sanofi Turkey’s vision and values and in accordance with Sanofi’s strategies and business objectives, lead launch processes and prepare launch plans of RBD new brand/s of Sanofi Genzyme, perform initial market assessment and business case preparations, execute planning and implementation of marketing strategic plans in line with global plans, create image and perception of Sanofi in relevant markets
Key Responsibilities
- Lead launch excellence process from start to end in
- Manage communications with other peers and all strategic partners to ensure business objectives are met
- Lead market research activities required for better business planning
- To monitor the innovations, market developments and competitor activities regarding the product(s)/ therapeutic areas s/he is in charge of
- Optimize launches with course corrective actions and mitigation plans
- Establish dashboard to track launch progress and coordinating launch planning tools
- Design and lead market awareness projects if required
- Gather field insights, develop and manage credibility and reputation among KOLs
- Ensure any proper job related additional tasks and responsibilities given by the employer
Requirements & Qualifications
- University graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in pharma sector as Brand Manager, preferably experienced in product/portfolio management and product launch
- Advanced level of English and Turkish is a must
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Good analytical, and organizational skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong communication skills
