QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the leading companies in FMCG business in Turkey and all around the world, Hayat Kimya Headquarters is looking for a Senior Brand Manager in Marketing Department. This position is based in Istanbul, Turkey and will be reporting to Marketing Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree in Marketing/Brand Management
· Min. 7 years of brand management experience in FMCG companies
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken, another language will be considered as a plus
· Advanced presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, alongside creativity, strategic thinking and analytical point of view
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· No restriction to travel
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Everything starts with consumer! Analyzing the insights and perceptions of consumer is the indispensable part of this role.
· Defining the features of your market by conducting market research and having a roadmap will let you understand the dynamics of the countries that you are responsible
· After, you can set the strategies better and be responsible for planning and delivering short – long term brand and product strategies
· You can implement these strategies alongside positioning and pricing to different countries and you can follow the similar steps in the new market entry process
· It’s always fun to talk about creativity! In this role, you will coordinate the advertising strategies and campaigns, launch materials like demos and key visuals for different markets
· Packaging is an important touch point to the consumer and always feel ready to be responsible for it
· Needles to say, follow up makes everything great! Tracking the global competition, campaigns, launches and analyzing the trends continuously are better to update yourself and your brand health in other locations
· Sometimes you need to fresh up the consumer research on product performance and brand image, they will shed more light on your projects
· You can feel good when you are preparing reports, talking about your alternative plans or your extraordinary ideas to your line manager who is always open to listen new ideas
