GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are are currently looking for aBrand Manager for our client operating Health and Medical Solutions business unit in Turkey.

This position will report to the Marketing Manager and will be based in Istanbul office located in Kartal.


Main Accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Responsible for Incontinence and Medical face to face and online product trainings for the field force and customers.
  • Support agreed marketing activities like launch plans or BTL and ATL communication activities and track the A&P budget for Medical and Incontinence product range.
  • Manage the external and creative agencies to create POS materials, product catalogues and digital assets for Inco and Medical product range
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand/product/service.
  • Visit the field twice a month to understand market needs and conditions.
  • Follow the global directions and guidelines for products, markets and artworks
  • Support the local management and marketing team in defining value propositions for the web initiatives
  • Identify and analyse digital customer insights and needs for the country in order to find areas for improvements
  • Ensure that the local online platforms, digital marketing campaign perform in accordance with set targets and facilitate consumer and customer engagement
  • Implement globally developed digital activities / projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Brand Marketing role, preferably in Pharma.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Support minded - be able to help and interpret from "digital terminology to business benefits"
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and planning digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Fluent in spoken and written Turkish and English
  • Analytical - understand digital KPIs, how to track and achieve them, how to interpret the reports and propose correction actions
