QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the biggest companies in the FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is looking for a Marketing Managerat Turkey marketing departmant.
- University degree in Business related faculties (Preferably Master Degree in Marketing),
- 12+ years of experience brand management and trade marketing in FMCG companies,
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office programs,
- Having no restriction to travel,
- Having a driving license,
- Experience in team management,
- Strong team player with leadership qualifications.
- Well organized and ability to multitasking,
- Effective communication and time management skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Determination of the Go To Market strategy,
- Developing marketing plans, analyze & evaluate market trends,
- Coordinating preparation of market analysis, price analysis and consumer research while using the data obtained for determining the brand strategy,
- Follow up the competition in the market and determining the pricing parity of the products and coordinating the sales team about the position of the products,
- Preparing the marketing plan, annual budget and communication/media plan for the brand,
- To be responsible and manage the EBITDA,
- Managing and organizing product launches,
- Obtaining regular consumer research on the products performance, image and communication evaluations,
- Follow up consumer activities and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand.
