About The Job
Estevien Clinic is providing health solutions such as cosmetic surgery, hair transplant, dental treatment especially to the international customers.
The main responsibilities are:
- Manage all marketing activities for the company and the activities within the marketing department
- Develop the digital marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Oversee the company’s digital marketing budget
- Create and publish all digital marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Prepare digital and print/press marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
- Following the competitors and make a full monthly report about them
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Work closely with digital marketing team/designer/agencies and assisting with new product launches
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Tracking the digital marketing improvements and adapting them to the company
About You
We expect:
- Min 2 years experience in the required area
- Strong knowledge about marketing and digital marketing
- Remarkable knowledge about campaign management and measuring the results of the campaigns
- Very good speaking and writing skills in English, preferably in Arabic
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
