QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a ‘'Marketing Director’’ for a Digital Financial Services company in Istanbul plant.

BS or MS in related fields
At least 4 years experience in marketing (at least 2 years at a blockchain company)
Proven track record of outstanding user growth for a English speaking audience worldwide
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords
In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
Regularly produce and present reports
Flexibility and creative problem solving
Entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
Excellent presentation skills
Passionate about blockchain technology and believe that DeFi is the FUTURE.

Responsibilities

Set marketing goals and objectives
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
Determine KPIs for the marketing department
Keep the marketing budget in check
Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Stay up to date with the latest best practices
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
