Job Description Details:

Job Purpose:

Managing the marketing initiatives using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

- Developing the marketing strategies and plans of company brands and products in line with company objectives.

- Developing and determining marketing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

- Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share.

- Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all marketing channels and sales teams.

- Oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the offline and online marketing activities.

- Manage and coordinate activities of marketing staff and activities to insure their effectiveness.

- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects

- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products

- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

- Monitor and review all reports of marketing activity and results

- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities to insure the effective coordination.

- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Academic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

Requirement:

- At least 4 years' experience in a similar position.

- Native Arabic speaker and good in Turkish (optional).

- Professionally use of MS office programs.

- Familiar with marketing automation and CRM tools

- General knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Willingness and ability to travel
