QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Marketing and Corporate Communications Director" to be responsible for the Marketing and Corporate Communications activities of our domestic and foreign companies to be assigned at the Headquarters of our Holding group of companies.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Graduated from Communication, Media, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration departments of Universities,
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Management preferred,
  • 10+ years of experience in managerial positions, (preffered real estate, retail or energy industry)
  • Managed the marketing and corporate communication organizations of multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Experienced in digital marketing, social media content management, media relations and agency management,
  • Experienced in using, preparing and managing advertisements of Google Adwords, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter advertising spaces,
  • Experienced in CRM and data management, capable of effective analysis and reporting,
  • Experienced in the management of marketing and corporate communication processes of large and mixed projects at domestic and foreign,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. (Turkish and English)

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing marketing and corporate communication policies and strategies for all projects in line with the vision and goals of the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Managing all relations (third parties, institutions and organizations, solution partners, agencies, etc.) with related to Marketing and Corporate Communications operations.
  • Creating sources of income by determining successful Marketing Strategies by following the market trends of sector.
  • Ensuring that the weekly or monthly communication activities report is compatible with the annual corporate communication plans.
  • Managing relations with Advertising, Marketing, PR, Media Buying, Events, Digital Agency and Social Media.
  • Coordinating and following up the marketing activities of promotional campaigns, events, congresses, fairs, conferences and all organizations planned internal and external the company.
  • Managing SEO, SEM, PPC and social media process related to products offered in internet channels and online communication channels.
  • Planning activities aimed at increasing the target audience traffic and gaining new customers in the marketing and sales channel for the brand awareness of the institution, events, promotions, organizations, etc. organizing and managing all kinds of activities.
  • Identifying, creating, evaluating and controlling social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc.) contents from a corporate perspective.
  • Increasing brand awareness in digital channels.
  • Determining the right channels where communication works will be carried out and their share in the budget.
