In this role, you will;
- Support developing annual external communication plans to contribute reputation management online & offline
- Implement/execute external comms plan relentlessly
- Coordinate local media relations & cultivate strong media relationships
- Develop and execute press events and materials for the media, on and offline for Danone Company and its brands
- Manage relations with 3rd parties (i.e., PR and Digital agency)
- Support developing reputation management projects and manage/coordinate projects across multiple internal & external stakeholders
- Provide support, advice & content for crisis communication
- Monitor closely media on and offline related to relevant topics for the Company
- Support developing annual internal communication plan across Danone Turkey
- Identify Danone Turkey and category-specific communication needs
- Build full-fledged communication plan by liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Implement/execute internal comms plan, manage internal comms tools, develop (incl. copyright, edit, proofread) all content and organize turn-key internal events
- Assist leadership for communications to support business strategy
- Manage relations with 3rd parties
- Develop and coordinate special day celebrations and internal voluntary projects
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to;
- Have Min. 5 years of experience in corporate communications and reputation management
- Have fluent English
- Be an expert of external and internal communication activities
- Have knowledge of and interest for Digital
- Have solid verbal & written communications skills and abilities to influence stakeholders
- Have ability to work under tight deadlines and manage complex situations
- Have Business and Digital Acumen
- Be a team player with collaborative mindset & attitudes
- Have ability to develop networks internally & externally
