  • Strong knowledge of verbal and written presentation skills,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.

Job Description

  • Supporting the process of internal communication strategy development,
  • Supporting the process of defining and executing yearly internal communication plan,
  • Being accountable for development of internal communication channels & activities,
  • Coordinating university relations & activities,
  • Supporting communication of HR projects & initiatives,
  • Supporting communication of internal company events and activities,
  • Developing effective employee activities that enhance culture, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness,
  • Supporting design, management, and implementation of employer branding & talent acquisition activities,
  • Creating & editing content for internal communication activities and managing day-to-day execution of multiple channels,
  • Researching and analyzing employee trends to create better employee experience.
