- Strong knowledge of verbal and written presentation skills,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

- Outside the box thinking ability,

Job Description
- Supporting the process of internal communication strategy development,
- Supporting the process of defining and executing yearly internal communication plan,
- Being accountable for development of internal communication channels & activities,
- Coordinating university relations & activities,
- Supporting communication of HR projects & initiatives,
- Supporting communication of internal company events and activities,
- Developing effective employee activities that enhance culture, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness,
- Supporting design, management, and implementation of employer branding & talent acquisition activities,
- Creating & editing content for internal communication activities and managing day-to-day execution of multiple channels,
- Researching and analyzing employee trends to create better employee experience.
