Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from universities preferably in Social Sciences, Communication, Media, Sociology, Psychology,
- Good command of English,
- Preferably 3 years of experience in communication/marketing departments,
- Closely following social media/digital communication issues,
- Closely following the agenda, keen on trends, interested in communication channels, interested in art,
- Creative, highly motivated,
- Strong verbal, interpersonal communication, organization and teamwork skills,
- Excited to be a communicator and able to convey this excitement to those around them,
- Having planning, follow-up and coordination skills,
- Successful in human relations, effective communication and representation skills
Job Description
- Developing projects and creative contents in line with the internal and external communication plan,
- Ensuring coordination with all relevant stakeholders and integrating marketing activities while implementing the projects,
- Taking role in corporate identity studies, being responsible for the preparation of corporate materials,
- Maintaining communication with agencies (social media agency, media buying agency, etc.), improve processes, and give feedback to agencies,
- To follow up, analyze and report all production, application processes and online-offline communications,
- Taking role in the creation of communication strategies of corporate social responsibility projects, being responsible for their implementation and 360 degree communications,
- Supporting the execution of Doğuş Group's digital communication, contributing to the measurement and follow-up of digital communication strategies,
- Playing an active role in determining digital competence needs, supporting needs-oriented development plans,
