QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Cleopatra Ink, one of the largest and fast-growing company of the world with 73 awards won in conventions and is operated in 9 countries with approximately 60 studios in tattoo and piercing sector is looking for "Brand Manager” who will work in the Marketing Department located in Suadiye, Istanbul. The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics and/or Marketing Management departments of universities,
  • Minumum 2-3 years’ experience in brand or product management,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • A visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets,
  • Ability to be a team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and agencies,
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual skills,
  • Hard-working professional, being able to work under pressure, with high frustration tolerance,
  • The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Development and implementation of short and long term strategies driving sustainable business growth
  • Development of annual brand plan addressing current brand performance
  • Close cooperation with cross-functional teams related to brand projects
  • Development and production of all ALT/BTL programs and initiatives starting from brief to release of materials on the market according with Brand Strategy / Brand Positioning
  • Set objectives, tracking performance and accessing results of strategic partners during mid-year-review and in the year-end
  • Regularly monitor consumer trends, market dynamics, brand health and competitors performance and proactively come up with actions addressing issue/opportunities
  • Management marketing budget (planning, optimization, control)
  • Management of top line and bottom line of brand P&L to deliver business results as planned
  • Analyze the ROI of the marketing activities executed with the customer
  • Set vision for all aspects of brand communication including
  • Media strategy development and execution
  • Briefing and managing Advertising Agencies
  • Ensure most effective and efficient media mix
  • Provide effective consumer promotional strategies relevant to the market and in line with operating plan
  • Controlling and implementing brand communication budget, including media plans and other activities directly related to brand and advertising production
