We are looking for Brand Manager who has below listed competences;


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree, (preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Industrial Engineering graduates)
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing as a manager (preferably in an FMCG or Cosmetics company)
  • Creative, innovative personality with special interest in marketing
  • Ability to analyze numbers and drive results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong inter-personal and analytical skills
  • Dynamic and result oriented
  • Proficiency in English
  • Fluency in French is a plus
  • Very good use of MS Office programs

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define the strategy about the related brand
  • To plan and implement annual marketing plan within allocated budget, manage the marketing planning process in line with brand objectives and plans
  • To manage product launches, monitor progress and analyse outcomes
  • To develop and execute promotional initiatives into points of sales to profitably increase consumption
  • To visit distribution channels and regions
  • Manage the process of brand communication plan with the agency (briefing and debriefing of agency input), follow up media plans
  • Be responsible from sales volume, turnover, profitability, market share, other brand-related figures of his/her brand.
