  • Briefly aims that vacationist can easily get detailed information about hotels, tours and also can compare prices by gathering travel agencies together,

  • In the sector, leading and reliable tourism brand providing service with 100% customer satisfaction,
  • Founded at 2002 and is a member of the Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN) that is network of the world's largest online tour operator since 2009,
  • Gathering acceleration its growth after taking investment from Bancroft Private Equity which is London-based investment company, also have a feature of first Tourism platform investmented by a foreign company in Turkey.

We are looking for talented and passionate Brand Manager who will on the marketing department.

Qualifications:

  • University degree within Faculty of Communication, Marketing or Business Management/Economics,
  • 5– 10 years experience of brand, communication, media buying and agency management
  • e-commerce and travel experience will be a plus
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on KPI’s
  • Brand Strategy development, brand positioning and brand portfolio management experience,
  • Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills,
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Project management, prioritization skills & ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development
  • Must be organized, thorough and be willing to roll up his/her sleeves to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and experience with managing, mentoring and developing team members
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize online + offline marketing priorities and execute all initiatives with the help of creative teams and agency partners.
  • Help our sales teams respond to business problems and market feedback — so we can anticipate what customers need before they do.
  • Design and lead programs from a user's first touchpoint to their landing and conversion experience
  • Own the marketing and social calendar, and partner with internal Creative team to develop concepts and assets across channels
  • Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal creatives and communications
  • Handle external Media relationships, PR and agency relationships
