QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working with the marketing and the commercial teams, developing strategies and making plans to increase the market share and awareness of the IKEA brand in the Turkish Market.

• Designing, implementing and facilitating the annual marketing plan, communication strategies and action plans.

• Determining and monitoring marketing communication team goals.

• Managing the marketing communication budget on an annual basis.

• Managing agency (PR, advertising, social media and media purchasing agencies) relations, defining third party strategy and brand collaborations, being responsible for related operations.

• Developing creative briefs and guides to lead creative and production teams in line with business objectives.

• Planning and managing the communication of the brand in conventional and digital media. Managing overall digital marketing operations (including digital marketing and social media management).

• Supporting marketing and communication strategies to increase Customer Loyalty.

• Supporting the e-commerce team in determining, projecting and executing digital marketing strategies.

• Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns. Designing and coordinating campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.).

• Monitoring brand performance; analyzing and interpreting competition data, trends and recommending action plans.

• Marketing Communication Manager reports to Marketing Communication Director.


Qualifications


• At least 8 years of Marketing Department experience

• At least 3 years of managerial experience

• University degree

• Fluency in English

• Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel

• A great team player with good communication skills

• Able to lead a team with strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills
