QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering departments of reputable universities

  • At least 4+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in a multinational company

  • Marketing management experience in a multinational company is an asset

  • Advanced in MS-Office applications

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

  • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, strong team player, flexible and proactive

  • Good knowledge of trade, economics & marketing techniques

  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

  • Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work

    effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Enthusiastic and motivated to make a difference


İŞ TANIMI

We are now looking for a "Marketing Leader" to be a member of our Marketing Department based in Istanbul Office.

The Responsibilities of “Marketing Leader”:

  • Implements Global marketing strategy locally in her/his responsibility area in line with the local market requirements
  • Analyzes portfolio performance along key metrics, draw implications and develop recommendations based on key market trends
  • Manages product group lines maintenance projects, conducts necessary products cost analyis and manages portfolio and cost optimization processes
  • Develops product raodmaps and contributes across the entire product life cycle
  • Follow-up & analyze unit performance, define gaps, propose plans for these
  • Gathers and analyzes information on competition, market trends, customer insights and price realization, takes necassary actions
  • Plans/supports sector, segment and customer activities in his/her responsibility
  • Monitors sales volume, turnover, profitability, market share, other related figures of his/her responsibility and takes required actions
  • Develops new product ideas, prepares and executes launch plans for new products with appropriate product positioning, segment/cluster specific value propositions for designated areas and product ranges
