KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-quality implementation of marketing strategy by aligning with EMEA strategy, providing clear direction and guidance to the sales colleagues in the region for the positioning of Omron products
Monitoring and analyzing local/global market trends, expectations and new products&services
Implementation in the region of the product marketing strategy focused on our target customers / industries / products /solutions and contributing to the development of marketing strategy at an EMEA level.
Creating year-overview of regional marketing plan, describing promotions, product/bundle launches, campaigns, seminars, customer events, branding activities
Contribute to the Regional Sales Plan in cooperation with sales channels (Machine Automation, Channel and Panel, Industry Solutions) in the regions by providing marketing tools to the sales team for supporting achieving target.
Manage PDCA process with the regional sales team & EMEA marketing for all marketing initiatives & local market requirements.
(Co)develop and manage targeting, segmentation & positioning of Omron product, service & solution portfolio in the local market.
Positioning of product portfolio in the local market to facilitate achievement of local industry & sales plan.
Support Business & Market intelligence team providing qualitative and quantitative feedback
Assurance of a consistent brand image and optimal positioning of Omron in the market and contribution to demand generation in the region to achieve sales plan.
Ensuring the regional roll out of the centrally developed pricing strategy.
Contribution to the realization of sustained profitable market growth
Provide insights regarding KPI’s related to the marketing initiatives by means of periodical and ad hoc marketing reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Facilitating information for enabling management and/or other stakeholders to make (timely) decisions and determines or adjust strategy.
Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned (portfolio of) projects and ensure execution and delivery.
Direct report to the Marketing Manager
Direct responsible for assigned product groups
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, electricial, electronic, mechatronics, machine, control, automation, departments
At least 5 years experience in product marketing & industrial automation environment
Experience in target industries, industry needs and commercial protocols
Extensive knowledge of business processes and procedures in order to adress customers’s expectations effectively
Business development experience in industrial automation products/solutions/technologies within the Sensing, Safety, Vision,Quality Control & Inspection and targeted markets
Excellent MS Office skills
Professional proficiency in English
