We are looking for ''Product Manager'' who will be able to perform his/her role in the business field of 'Safety Solutions' with below qualifications;


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronic, Electronic Communication, Mechatronic Engineering etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager,
  • Preferably Engineering & Application knowledge of Industrial Automation;
  • Preferably knowledge of machinery safety processes and sensor solutions,
  • Advance verbal and written skills in English is a must,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Strategic & Analytical thinking and planning skills,
  • Customer focus with clear personal accountability and results orientation,
  • Building collaboration, a good team player,
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving skills, multitask management ability,
  • No restriction for travelling, active driver’s licence,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full product life cycle, from product proposal through product development and product launch to product phase out.
  • Manage the product and system development process of Machinery Safety Solutions. Know trends & needs and formulate & drive strategic actions to promote customization of product to market demands.
  • Perform market analysis, competitor analysis and follow market trends.
  • Product pricing and positioning.
  • Work in close cooperation with the sales team. Support the sales team in building strategic plans. Support sales budgeting & forecast for assigned Product Families.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales volume and expand the customer base.
  • Develop technical solutions for the customers before and after sales. Support customers and team members with technical topics.
  • Provide product/system trainings according to internal and external needs.
