1. General
a) Assists in marketing & communication actions plans
b) Process monitoring and coordinating relevant parties during product development
c) Follow up the marketing & communication budget, provide regular up date
d) Build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleaguesand suppliers.
e) Identify opportunities, track the market trends and coordinate competition analysis
2. Sales tools / CRM management
a) Develop & manage marketing reports
b) Provide assistance if necessary for documents for (presentations, letters, analysis, proposal management tools, reporting solution etc)
3. Marketing
a) Actively identify opportunities to maximize sales opportunities and proposing innovative solutions
b) Conduct data analysis into the success of campaigns, surveys etc.
c) Develop external communications to increase brand awareness (PR, interviews, advertising, social media etc.)
d) Coordinate Client events, sponsorships parallel with brand and sales strategy
4. External communication
a) Develop & provide regular E newsletters, E mailings for clients, Select suppliers (printing, editing, events, PR agencies, goodies…) in coordination with TEB Arval procurement department.
b) Assist in the creation, scheduling and management of content for social media.
