GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate with an orientation to sales activities and/or capability to develop sales skills
  • Experienced in sales / client management, preferably in Corporate segment client management
  • Good knowledge of local automotive or coming from operational leasing, finance or any service company
  • Strong presentation, inter-personal and report writing skills, commercial awareness and project management skills.
  • Fluent English

ROLE

  • Prepare quotations and follow up quotations for clients
  • Attend global or local tenders of owned clients
  • Manage vehicle delivery and waiting car organization
  • Manage and solve complaints
  • Prepare contracts for clients (including Master Agreement signature follow-up) with the help of SS
  • Attend one to one meetings with BMs and take actions
  • Update databases in Daytona, SFDC and Kissflow
  • Follow up NPS results and take related actions
  • Day to day management of clients
  • Handle requests coming from clients
  • Process visit reports and initiate and take actions accordingly
  • Monitor the clients fleet on a daily base and take necessary actions
  • Prepare re contracting calculations in case of period, mileage, number of services and contract amendments
  • Monitor EOC charges invoice, renewals, extensions and manage refurbishment costs
  • Calculate early termination
  • Manage vehicle loss and vehicle transfer
  • Prepare credit risk form and collect credit documents such as financial and legal statements
  • Find opportunities for up selling
  • Follow up Account Strategy for clients defined together with BMs
  • Communicate with BMs, operations and finance departments if required
  • Discuss open payments
  • Create events, opportunities, tasks as an activity for all clients in SFDC
  • Read owned client visit reports
  • Prepare the needed datas for their KPI follow up and strategies for the beweekly meeting
