Job Title: Product & Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager

1. Develop and ensure the launch of the products

2. Manage and support marketing activities and events.

3. Provide the sectoral competitive & market watch

4. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate marketing & product effectiveness
ROLE

1. General

- Assists in marketing & communication actions plans

- Process monitoring and coordinating relevant parties during product development

- Follow up the marketing & communication budget, provide regular up date

- Build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleaguesand suppliers.

- Identify opportunities, track the market trends and coordinate competition analysis

2. Sales tools / CRM management

- Develop & manage marketing reports

- Provide assistance for documents for (presentations, letters, analysis, proposal management tools, reporting solution etc)

3. Marketing

- Closely monitoring the market for the competition and identifying market space insights and opportunities through customer interactions,

- Actively identify opportunities to maximize sales opportunities and proposing innovative solutions

- Conduct data analysis into the success of campaigns, surveys etc.

- Develop external communications to increase brand awareness (PR, interviews,

advertising, social media etc.)

- Coordinate Client events, sponsorships parallel with brand and sales strategy

4. External communication

- Develop & provide regular E newsletters, E mailings for clients, Select suppliers (printing, editing, events, PR agencies, goodies…) in coordination with TEB Arval procurement department.

- Assist in the creation, scheduling and management of content for social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business or Technical graduate.
  • Preferably minimum 2/5 years’ experience within the product development, project management and marketing,
  • Identifies market space insights and opportunities through customer interactions,
  • Implements local and global initiated marketing activities,
  • Good at working in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability for multi-tasking and structured well-organized individual.
  • Good team-player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • Strong & Close Collaboration with Global Product & Marketing Teams.
  • Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements
  • Willingness to self-development and continuous learning
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of MS Office with a strong expertise in Power Point and excel
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
