  Bachelor's degree in engineering departments or Business Administration,

  Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant industries (motor, drives etc.),
  
• 
  Having experience in B2B sales is a plus,
  
• 
  Having an international sales experience is a plus,

  Highly motivated and being able to motivate others,
  
• 
  Predicting opportunities and threats with analytical point of view,
  
• 
  No restriction for traveling,
  
• 
  Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  
• 
  Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
  
• 
  Outside the boxthinking ability,
  
• 
  Open to innovation culture,
  
•
