QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • BA or BS degree preferably in Business Administration or related fields (Formal education)

  • Preferably having proven track professional experience in sales and / or marketing in automotive industry with solid business administration knowledge, sales and leadership skills

  • Passion for automobiles, having product and market knowledge

  • Broad business acumen

  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English languages

  • Excellent inter-personal, influencing & negotiation skills

  • Ability to build-up and maintain long-term collaborative business relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner

  • Mental agility, flexibility, adaptability, competence and eager to work in a rapidly changing business environment amid challenging economic circumstances

  • Able to present complex issues in a brief and straight forward manner

  • Exhibit high level of energy, strong self-discipline and motivation

  • A pro-active and ‘make it happen’ attitude and ability to multi-task across operational and strategic goals

  • Very-well organized, result oriented, self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills

  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage diverse workload of multiple tasks and projects, and meet business-critical deadlines while delivering consistently high-quality outputs and results

  • Maintains a professional appearance

  • No obstacle for travelling frequently (Requires 60% travelling). Must be an active driver with a valid driver’s license

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Military service should be completed (Only valid for candidates who have military obligation)


  • Steering and development of new car retail sales business of “Mercedes-Benz Cars” dealers to achieve their qualitative and quantitative goals
  • On-site audit of all sales processes by carrying out systematic regional field visits
  • Analysing the market potential, creating action plans and ensuring business development
  • Carrying out dealer target setting process in co-operation with the team
  • Monitoring, analysing passenger car market closely and pro-actively to contribute on the sales strategy by reporting the risks and opportunities in tactical level
  • Identifying possible problems pro-actively in sales operations processes, taking necessary measures by creating quick, effective and practical solutions for ad-hoc demands and problems
  • To ensure a rapid and high quality information flow between company and the dealer network in terms of product, pricing and marketing communication activities
  • Planning and organizing dealer conferences
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
  • Representing the company in all relevant platforms
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations
