QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably in business administration or engineering,
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Good communication and high persuasion skills, eager to work as a team,
  • At least 3 years of work experience - direct sales or customer relations related experience would be an asset,
  • No restriction for travelling, active driving license

Job Description:

  • Coordinating necessary actions within the framework of “Fleet” sales for Mercedes-Benz Türk’s authorized dealers,
  • Following-up the organizational structure, dynamics motivating investment decisions, business models and priorities of the fleet customers of the relevant sectors on the basis of product segment and business line, coordination of the product / service provision for the needs of respective customers
  • Ensuring that the vehicle purchases are made from the Mercedes-Benz Türk product portfolio by following up the vehicle parks and new vehicle purchase potentials of the customers
  • Examining the support service needs of customers such as financing, used vehicles and insurance, preparing offers for dealers in cooperation with the relevant departments and promoting the sale of sales support products
  • Planning and performing periodic customer visits with relevant dealers for market, sales, needs analysis and continuity of relations with customers
  • Managing database of Turkish fleet customers and keeping it updated
