Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, MBA is an asset
- Good command of English or German
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Tolerance to work under stress
- High level of empathy and convincing ability
- Ability of taking responsibility and working independently
- Analytical approach and problem solving skills
- No restriction to travel
Job Description:
- Responsible for increasing vehicle throughput and spare parts turnover in authorized workshops
- Develop after sales marketing products like service contracts, seasonal campaigns, spare part packages, etc.
- Responsibility of handling Service Contract process and follow-up via regular reporting
- Implement marketing activities via appropriate communication channels (digital, SMS, billboards, brochures etc.) in coordination with MarCom
- Co-operation with the Service Marketing Staff of dealers’ and train them about national service and parts marketing products
- Establish a reliable communication base with business partners (Evobus, dealers, customers, insurance companies)
- Follow-up the qualitative and quantitative After Sales KPI’s and coordinate development of measures
- Managing and co-ordinating body&paint related after sales projects
