Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in engineering or business administration,
• Min. 2 years experience in aftersales roles or aftersales related departments,
• Strong coordination with internal business partners and excellent communication skills with public customers,
• Fluent English both in written and spoken,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Having customer oriented mindset, strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Having strategic thinking abilities with excellent negotiation skills and presentation skills,
• Product knowledge of buses and trucks would be an asset,
• Knowledge in Turkish Tender Law would be an asset
Job Description:
• Visiting the public and private public bus customers regularly, to determine their needs for after-sales service and spare parts.
• Direct participation in public tenders or to support dealer participation,
• Coordinating the documentation follow-up and preparation process of tenders on behalf of MBT
• Following up the workshop operations and services performed in the garages of the customers or in dealer workshops within the framework of the tenders.
• Following up and reporting the public and city bus turnovers of dealers. Planning actions with dealer aftersales management to increase turnover.
• Follow-up of the contract processes of the tenders or accepted offers and preparation of the operational dimension for the services mentioned in the contracts
• Coordinating the invoicing processes of the ongoing operations both at the customer and at the MBT end, performing the payment follow-ups.
• Monitoring and regularly reporting the costs of ongoing operations. Taking the necessary measures for the optimization of costs.
• Following up the customer complaints by transferring them to the relevant unit, to ensure coordination between the customer and MBT and participating actively for customer satisfaction.
• Participating in preparation of new service products in order to ensure customer loyalty and turnover increase.
• Analyzing the services and parts that current customers need, ensuring that the necessary price studies are carried out. Carrying out activities to increase the business volume.
• Performing After-Sales Public Bus market analysis.
• Participating in the bus deliveries to public customers on behalf of the MBT After-Sales Services Department, maintaining the positive relations between MBT and its customers in the after-sales phase.
• Actively carry on marketing activities for ongoing aftersales campaigns and prepare offers for service contracts to Public and Private Public Bus customers.
• Representing the company on behalf of the after-sales division at public bus launches and invitations.
