University degree in IT, logistics, industrial or mechanical engineering,

Monitors the work of daily, monthly and annual programs, solves problems in case of interruptions,
Ensures the solution of problems with T-Systems (part of Deutsche Telekom AG) and DAG-ITC via Relinet (ticket & technical demand platfom) for cases that cannot be resolved locally,
Supports warehouse and order management teams for SPICS (Spare Parts Inventory Control System) related topics,
Coordinates and checks the updates of spare parts purchase and sales prices,
Creates and reports new data sets by creating new SIRON (reporting tool) queries on demand,
Problem solving, development, usage, testing and approval of warehouse, order management, stock entry, price modules in SPICS,
