- Academic degree - minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 2-3 years experience in related fields
- Experience with data visualization tools: PowerBI,Tableau, etc.
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with business focus
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
- Good command of MS Office programs
Job Description
- Giving consultation to dealer network and business units about process management and business requirements
- Analyzing the present business or dealer network’s practices and processes & finding ways to improve current processes
- Project management activities at the dealership
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems and dashboards & performance metrics
- Create and maintain cohesive reports and dashboard visualizations that surface KPIs across the cross functional teams
- Standardization of sales & aftersales retail processes and mapping them into the dealer management system
- Cooperation with sales and after sales business units and supporting them in networks operational performance
- Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to technology, budget and business within department
- Consultancy to Business Objects consultants to create new reports
- Training to dealers about systems & processes (Sales & AS systematics)
