Qualifications:
- University Degree in related field
- Experience in a similar position preferably with customer contact
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Presentable and self initiator
- Ability to travel in Turkey and outside of Turkey
- Valid driving licence
Job Description
- Development and planning of after sales truck marketing strategies
- Planning, implementation and follow-up of truck marketing activities
- Truck market-adapted price (and terms) and assisting long term strategic planning
- Definition of conditions for truck customer requirements, and country-specific packages
- Identification of current & upcoming truck trends and benchmark with truck competitors
- Standardization of processes and monitoring of fleets and Key Accounts on all levels
- Divert truck customers out of warranty to authorized workshops to increase vehicle throughput
