Enabling online purchase of MB services & products.

Job Description

  • One face to the market contact person for all Connectivity sales & marketing topics (regular market communication, know-how transfer, collection and processing of all market questions & inquiries, market visits, systems related questions)
  • Setup and steering of running rollout projects in your market cluster (incl. ensuring of market commitment: national adaptation of overall Market Implementation Plan, tracking of market tasks, project reporting and risk management etc.)
  • Understanding both HQ products/processes and market specifics in detail, consulting market for development of local processes, execution of Rollout activities around the world (pilots, project planning, stakeholder-, time-, cost-, quality-management, training and coaching) and reporting towards various levels.
  • Implementation of sales- and performance-measure activities
  • Key Account responsibility for one / several team mandates
  • High personal affinity to connectivity / digital topics (previous experience in comparable functions is of great benefit)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in international business, marketing, business engineering, business informatics or any other comparable academic background
  • Work experience in diverse sales & marketing functions
  • Good knowledge of sales and after-sales processes at HQ, but also ideally at Market Subsidiary / Retail
  • Previous experience in managing complex, multifunctional projects, IT project management know-how would be an asset
  • Fluent in English: further language skills, especially German, are of great benefit
  • Very good organizational and communicational skills
  • High affinity & willingness to combine both analytical and operative tasks
  • Experience of working in international teams
  • Willingness to travel
