Job Description
Ensure that Online Sales Blueprint is rolled out to the market and enhancements are continuously done to drive Online Sales
Understanding both HQ products/processes and market specifics in detail, consulting market for development of local processes, ensuring the know-how transfer between different parties
Responsible of leading and delivering rollout projects in respective market clusters
Set-up and leading the rollout projects and activities around the world such as Pilots, Project Planning, Stakeholder-, Time-, Cost-, Risk- and Quality-Management and Training
Leading various stakeholder for lifecycle enhancement projects in his market cluster via defining priorities and target achievement, reporting towards various levels
Interacting with all involved stakeholders in HQ & region to ensure that the defined rollout & enhancement tasks are realized according to the agreed milestones and quality
Day-to-day operative planning and follow-up of tasks
