QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The position is responsible to the smooth operation of system team responsibilities. The position works together with template lead act as the main point of contact and operational management expert for all infrastructure related activities for clients’ SAP landscape.

Job description

  • Single point of contact for all technical questions and issues for the respective SAP systems and landscape
  • Responsible for the coordination of all stakeholders within a landscape
  • Ensuring the collaboration of clients and other IT units
  • Tracking the deliverables assigned to all project team members and ensuring the required quality levels
  • Attending to the change boards and application management meetings with the client members and management
  • Communication management
  • Reporting to client management
  • Evaluating and management of system related change requests on behalf of the client.
  • Application consultancy support both for new and existing applications
  • Planning the complete set of yearly SAP Basis operations for SAP systems in their responsibility
  • Controlling, planning and implementation of software upgrades (i.e. SAP Releases) with IT.
  • Collaboration with SAP and other providers on technical issues

Language skills

  • German (professional level, written and spoken)

Requirements

  • Min 5 years of experience in an IT related field ( Prior operations or project planning experience is a plus )
  • High motivation
